This is a truly personalized and collaborative experience.

The complete package is for anyone either looking to:

  • Build muscle in their bodybuilding offseason

  • Prepare for bodybuilding competitions

It includes a tailored training program, nutritional guidance, training video critiques, and progress picture critiques.

You will have direct access to me as a resource for any questions, daily communication with me through messaging, an asynchronous video check-in weekly, and a synchronous video check-in at the end of each month.

The experience is what you make of it, and your input is just as important as my intervention.
