This is a truly personalized and collaborative experience.

The complete package is for anyone either looking to:

  • Build muscle in their bodybuilding offseason

  • Prepare for bodybuilding competitions

It includes a tailored training program, nutritional guidance, training video critiques, and progress picture critiques.

You will have direct access to me as a resource for any questions, daily communication with me through messaging, and synchronous video check-in weekly.

The experience is what you make of it, and your input is just as important as my intervention.

What you can expect to gain through this experience:

  • A program tailored to your goals, personal schedule, past experiences, and life circumstances

  • Physique improvements through muscle gain and/or fat loss

  • Education around exercise and nutrition

*This is a monthly recurring service. The only difference between this level of service from level 1, is that level 2 includes weekly synchronous video check-ins, rather than just once per month. This level of service is more appropriate for anyone who prefers a more direct, hands-on form of communication on a weekly basis.
